The client wanted a one-of-a-kind fire pit surrounded by water, as well as an upgraded driveway and walk-up. So we upgraded the driveway and walkway with paver inlay and installed lighting on the front steps. In the rear of the property, we removed a majority of the plants and grass. The old cracked aggregate patio was replaced with a beautiful Belgard paver patio. We updated the landscape lighting to an FX Luminaire zone dimmable system. We then built a sunken gas fire pit surrounded by a beautiful pond, built a handcrafted pergola for added shade, and replaced the outdated Trex decking with “Slimline” pavers. The end result was magnificent!
